August 2015 Officers Meeting Minutes

Date & Time:  Tuesday, August 4^th, 2015 at 6:00pm

Attendees:  Becki Blaubach, Tamara Sillars, Denise Lang

Topics:

• ·         Open House – plans made for PTO table, welcome folders for parents/guardians
• ·         Budget – need to complete, create “what does PTO support” flyer
• ·         Forms – Financial forms for requesting funds, reimbursements
• ·         PTO Calendar – need to discuss meeting dates, PTO events
• ·         Back to School Teacher Meal
• ·         Coupon Booklets – company will facilitate booklets this year; will not continue following year
• ·         Trunk or Treat – new PTO event, possible dates, idea gathering stage
• ·         PTO Volunteer Opportunities – create a listing & interest form
• ·         Policy & Procedure Guide – need to continue working on
• ·         Schedule meeting for Executive Committee for later this month
